Director: Bryan Rosa

Hi, my name is Bryan Rosa, Director of NeuroCreative Studio. As a neurodivergent individual, I understand both the challenges and strengths that come with thinking differently. My mission is to combine creativity, art, and mental health practices to empower neurodivergent individuals, helping them discover their unique abilities, build confidence, and develop meaningful coping skills. Through NeuroCreative Studio, I strive to create an inclusive space where creativity becomes a pathway to growth, self-expression, and community.

Body "Doubling" and why it helps

Body doubling is a productivity strategy where you work alongside another person—either in person or virtually—to help you stay focused and on task. The “body double” doesn’t have to participate in your work; their presence simply creates accountability and reduces the urge to get distracted. For people with ADHD, body doubling works because it provides external structure, a sense of shared focus, and gentle social pressure, which can make starting and completing tasks feel easier and more engaging.

Join Our Body Doubling Community ✨
Struggling to stay on track with your goals? You don’t have to do it alone! In our Body Doubling Community, we pair you with real people who help you focus, stay accountable, and actually finish what you start. We’ll check in with you through phone calls or text messages to keep you motivated, on schedule, and moving toward your goals—step by step.

Let’s make productivity feel easier, together.

Art Doodling and Creative space!

Join us every 3rd Tuesday of the month for a free creative art and doodling session designed to support mental wellness and self-expression. These welcoming, judgment-free gatherings provide an opportunity to explore creativity, connect with others, and learn simple art-based coping skills that can be used in everyday life.

For neurodivergent individuals, doodling and creative expression can help improve focus, reduce stress and anxiety, support emotional regulation, encourage mindfulness, and provide a nonverbal way to process thoughts and feelings. No artistic experience is needed—just bring yourself and a willingness to create.
